I finished a model that I'm posting on the ole' blog...
The ears posed a bit of a challenge on this character, and specifically the back one. Since his head is turned, and he had such big ears there was the question of how to pose the other ear. I ended up draping it over his back, and that ended up being nice cus I think it has some weight to it...
Anyway, comments and critiques are always welcome...

Looking at it again, I think that the head is a good fit on the body. I don't think that the neck/head size needs to be changed. Now get that website up =]

I think the elephant looks great, really liking the detail on the feet and the little bit of hair is a nice touch
